Our mission — to eliminate racism and empower women — serves as a beacon to all who believe in kindness, community and the collective success of all people. Every day, we work to change lives, from early childhood education to health and wellness, from girls and youth programming to racial justice initiatives.

As our communities grow and evolve, so do we. In FY2024, we took bold steps to continue to meet the needs of those we serve — drawing strength from the powerful legacy of women who came before us. Women who championed the rights of women in the workplace, created space for girls to exercise and play organized sports, women who fought for civil rights and peace, justice, freedom and dignity for ALL. Today, we carry forward their vision, focusing our resources on areas where we are uniquely positioned to make the greatest impact, and the results are already taking shape.
