Nikkie Purvis

Nikkie Purvis is an experienced banking executive with over 17 years of expertise in operational banking, risk assessment, and fraud management. As the Enterprise Risk Management Senior Manager at Bremer Bank, she leads with innovation, strategic vision, and a commitment to excellence. Nikkie is a Certified Accredited Payments Risk Professional (NACHA) and a 2023 graduate of the Minnesota Bankers Association Leadership Development Academy.

Her professional affiliations include serving on the American Bankers Association BBERG Executive Committee, where she co-chairs networking initiatives, and as Vice President of the Minneapolis/St. Paul Chapter of The Girl Friends Inc. Nikkie is also a charter member of the Bremer Bank Women’s Networking Group and an active participant in the St. Paul Area Chamber Equity Leadership Series.

Passionate about community and personal connection, Nikkie volunteers with Junior Achievement and regularly engages with diversity and inclusion initiatives in the Twin Cities. Beyond her professional and civic endeavors, she enjoys cooking, crafting with Kuumba Crafters, deep-sea fishing, golfing, and traveling. Her greatest accomplishment and joy is being a mom to her college senior, Joe Purvis III.
